48 Tools Pty Ltd guarantees that this product will be free from defect for the 12 months warranty period. If a defect in materials or workmanship arises during this period 48 Tools will, at its option, either: replace the item; or refund to the customer the purchase price paid by the customer for the item. In the event of such a defect, the product should be returned to the place of purchase, for replacement or refund. Any handling and transportation (and other expenses incurred in claiming under this guarantee) are not covered by this guarantee and will not be borne by 48 Tools Pty Ltd or Adzy’s Goods Ltd

The obligation of 48 Tools under this guarantee is limited to the circumstances set out above and is subject to the product: the product not having been altered, tampered with or otherwise dealt with by any person in a manner other than as intended in respect of the relevant product, and the product not having been used or applied in a manner that is contrary to the customary usage or application for the relevant product or contrary to any stated instructions or specification of 48 Tools Pty Ltd.

Faulty Items

If your item develops a fault within 30 days from purchase, please contact us using the contact us page – Once received, your item will be assessed and if found to have a manufacturing fault it will be replaced or refunded.

If for some reason your item develops a fault outside of 30 days from purchase you must contact Bosch direct, there are a couple of ways to do this. If your item is found to have developed a fault your item will be repaired free of charge if within warranty.

BUSYBOB

2 YEARS – PRODUCT WARRANTY

Busy Bob is built to last, and we stand by that. If any product defect or operational malfunction occurs during regular usage within 2 years of the purchase date, send it back to us and we will deliver you a replacement – free of charge.

IMPORTANT – WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

To protect the packaging, BUSY BOB comes to you clean. Once you’ve unboxed the tool, place some oil on the drive bush and threaded drive shaft, it assists when winding. This needs to be done for the warranty to be valid.
