To prevent fraud and misuse of our refund policy we do record serial numbers across our stock. Anyone found trying to return an item that, was not originally purchased from us, will have their details passed on to the Fraud Action Team as well as being permanently banned from our stores, this includes both online & retail.

Items no longer required
Please ensure you fill in the returns form in advance before sending any items back as they need to be approved. This helps us speed up the return process upon receipt of your item(s).
In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations and/or you have made a mistake in ordering/an item does not fit or the wrong size, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item.
All items must be unused, unopened, and with the original packaging and accessories supplied with the original item ordered.
To start the process, please fill in the returns form (located on this page) and send the item(s) back with the completed returns form, the address is available below.
You will need to arrange the return of the goods (at your own cost) and we highly recommended using a reliable courier with tracked service such as DPD, DHL, Royal Mail, or UPS.
We are able to arrange the returns for items on your behalf but there is a charge for this depending on your location and size of items.
If we arrange for our courier to collect and someone is unavailable at the collection address, additional charges may apply to have your item returned to us.
Item(s) returned without a FULLY completed form may delay the returns process and thus the time it takes to refund you back.
Incorrectly Supplied Items
In the event we may end up sending the incorrect item(s), we would like to sincerely apologize for this in advance. We would like to request you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can have the items collected from you and replaced for the correct item(s) at no cost to you.
Faulty/Damaged Items
If upon receipt the item is damaged, please ensure the parcel is signed for as damaged and contact us within 48 hours. Please take clear photos of the damage and send them using our contact form (located on this page)
If your item is faulty upon receipt, please fill out the returns form and we will send a label/arrange collection for the item to be returned and inspected. After inspection and once we are satisfied there is a fault, we will either replace the item or arrange for a full refund of the item at no additional cost to you. Each tool is taken on a case-by-case basis so please bare this in mind.
Should your item become faulty within 30 days please follow the above procedure.
After 30 days, our tools come with a manufacturer’s warranty (this excludes all imported power tools, batteries, chargers, and most hardware unless otherwise stated). The warranty ranges from 1 year to 5 years depending on the manufacturer.
We highly advise registering all tools after purchase to benefit from an upgraded warranty and if you need help with this please let us know and we can register tools on your behalf. Please note this also means that the tool CANNOT be returned. Please see our warranty page for more information.
Please be advised all items are inspected and checked before shipping out to ensure they are fit for purpose and fully functioning. If you choose to return an item that is fully functioning and that has been opened from its packaging it will incur a 20% restocking fee as this item can no longer be sold as a new product.
